Asadero

The latest project by Grupo Mezcla in the Olivos port, which consolidates its presence in the area, is a restaurant with a focus on seasonal produce, working with meats cooked in different ways to highlight the quality of each one. A grill, clay oven, and smoker are used to prepare both meats and vegetables. We were commissioned to design individual tables and a large communal table on the mezzanine. They were entirely made of Cedar and gave birth to our family of Canto tables.
