Janus
In Roman mythology, Janus is the god of doors and is depicted with two faces, looking in both directions of his profile. This piece was designed to be hung at the entrance of houses, serving as a hall stand to hold keys and look at oneself in the mirror when coming in and going out every day. The grid supports the folded tray, providing a surface to attach the mirror, and it is also the element from which the piece is hung on the wall.
